Program Description
We send appointment reminders, service updates, and support notifications to customers who have booked services via our website (https://americanitdepartment.com) or customer portal and have expressly opted-in to receive SMS messages. -
Opt-In Method
Consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox on our web forms or via explicit text-message signup. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive messages from AITD. -
Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel SMS messaging at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive. We will confirm your unsubscribe status, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt-in again. -
Support Information
For assistance, reply with HELP or contact us directly at [email protected]. -
Message Rates
Standard messaging rates (per SMS) charged by your carrier will apply. -
